You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use content in a way that infringes intellectual property rights.
All pricing displayed on the website is indicative and listed as starting prices. Final pricing depends on location, accreditation, travel, schedule length, turnaround requirements, and licensing scope. A booking is confirmed only after written agreement (email is acceptable) and, where requested, deposit/payment confirmation.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information, schedules, venue access details, and any required permissions/accreditations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided per project/package. Delivery times may vary due to event length, image volume, travel, or technical issues. Priority delivery services may be available by agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright in all photographs remains with VUKIC Studio. Clients receive a license to use delivered images only within the agreed scope (for example: web, social media, editorial, sponsor use, or commercial campaigns). Resale, transfer, or reuse outside the agreed scope requires prior written permission.
Payment terms (amount, deposit, due date, currency, and delivery conditions) are defined in the quote or booking confirmation. Late payments may delay delivery of final materials or licensing release.
Cancellations and date changes should be communicated as early as possible. Fees already incurred (including travel, accommodation, accreditation, or other non-refundable costs) may remain payable. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
This website may link to third-party services (for example Dropbox album links or social media platforms). VUKIC Studio is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party services.
VUKIC Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Liability for direct losses is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service, except where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia and applicable European Union law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Croatia, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
